What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, organization and message you choose to send. The website itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts; our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal.
To keep a record of our correspondence with you for as long as a business relationship or enquiry is open, and for the period Canadian law requires afterwards.
Server logs are kept for a limited period and used only to operate and protect the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Where it is kept

Email and enquiry records are kept in our Microsoft 365 tenant and on our own servers in Canada, protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention we must observe. Write to info@pgrdelta.com.

Changes

If this notice changes, the effective date above changes with it.
